- How much does a bathroom renovation cost in Mallorca?It depends on the size of the bathroom, whether the plumbing layout changes, and the quality of the sanitaryware and tiles. We come and see the bathroom and give you a no-obligation quote, itemised line by line.
- How many days will I be without a bathroom?We confirm the timescale in writing before we start and order the materials in advance so the work never stalls. If the property has a second WC, we organise the work so that it stays in use.
- Can I use the kitchen during the work?The kitchen is out of action while the work is under way, so wherever the property allows we set up a temporary area with a sink and basic appliances.
- Do you supply the units and appliances?We can supply everything through our suppliers on the island, or fit whatever you choose; in that case the quote covers labour and building materials only.
